I was born and raised in a small town in a tiny country in Central Europe what the USSR communist terror ruled for more than 40 years. My granny used to take me to the cinema many times instead of school. She also bought me my first comic book: Spiderman. He was the first superhero who jumped over the decaying Iron Curtain and, indeed, became my hero immediately. It gave me hope that if Peter Parker, a nerd who had lost his parents, could make it to the Avengers and save the day on the side of billionaires and gods (like Iron-Man & Thor), then I can make it too. "I still have my parents after all."— I thought; however, I had a bit of a setback location-wise. Yet, I never gave up my dreams to become a storyteller.
Being on Stan Lee’s side two decades later was one of the most glorious times of my life. I can tell you for sure: he was a wonderful human being.
